How To:

All media files on PBF are in a format called 'zip'. This is a compression format - which means that they take up less space on our server and less time for you to download. You need the free program Winzip to 'unzip' the files and make them functional (the program will continue to work after its trial period has expired). You will also need Windows Media Player and Real Player to be able to play the files. Make sure these programs are installed properly before continuing.

How to download: When you click on the 'download' link for the media clip you want, a box should pop up asking you if you want to 'Save' or 'Open' the file. You must click 'Save' for this to work. After you choose 'Save', another box will pop up asking you to choose where to save the file. Choose a directory to save the file to, hit 'OK' and wait for it to download!

How to unzip: Find the file you just downloaded. There are several ways to unzip the file - here are a couple of the simplest:

Right-click on the file and select the 'Winzip' menu, and under the submenu click 'Extract to here'. You will see another file appear in the same directory as your zip file - this is your media.

OR double-click on the zip file and click past the evaluation screen. A box appears showing you the contents of the zip file. You can then drag and drop the file you want (there should only be one file in our zip files) into the directory you want.

Double click the unzipped file and enjoy!

To Download: You may either right-click on the link and choose Save Target As, or load the full image in the browser, right-click and choose Save As. Select a directory to save the file to.

To Install: Right-click on your desktop and choose Properties. Select the Desktop tab. Click Browse, and find the image you just saved. Select it and click OK. Hit Apply, and you have a new wallpaper!
