Scott formed Lion's Share Holdings as a company to manage his real estate acquisitions in places such as Orlando, New York, Los Angeles, and Maui. You can read more about its function in the article published by Reuters.

Bandrags is a sister company to Screamline, formed by Scott and longtime friend Ben Cole. Bandrags serves as the official source of Creed merchandise, in addition to many other bands such as 3 Doors Down, Sevendust, Audioslave, Evanescence, Disturbed, Godsmack and Nickleback, among others. Bandrags recently merged with Screamline.

The now-defunct band Big Dismal had a very successful, if brief, career, with three #1 singles off their debut album on Christian radio. Scott participated in their career as rising stars by being one of the producers on their first EP.

The Color Green is a Los Angeles-based band that Scott became a supporter of several years ago. Scott is an executive producer of their album It'll Be Alright, and TCG opened for Creed for their October 20, 2002 concert in Los Angeles. You can read more about TCG in the CreedInk article.
