The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, along with Bal Harbour Shops and Ralph Lauren, joined together last night to host Destination: Fashion, a celebration of the world's fashion capitals. The event, which showcased several worldly destinations in the luxurious Bal Harbour Shops in South Florida, directly benefits The Miami Project to Cure Paralysis, the world's largest and most comprehensive research center dedicated to finding a cure for paralysis.
Destination: Fashion featured the first showing of a Ralph Lauren Collection in the U.S. outside of New York City, and represented the first time Bal Harbour Shops have closed their doors for a private event. Gloria Estefan served as Honorary Chairperson, and the Grammy-Award winning band, Kool & The Gang finished the show off with a bang by performing their hit song "Celebration."
