In conjunction with the 200th anniversary of the founding of Chivas Brothers, the creators of Chivas Regal Scotch whisky, chivas.com is sponsoring an online auction to benefit a variety of charities. From Sept. 6 through Halloween, site visitors can bid on such items as a diamond plaque awarded to Creed in commemoration of the band's first 10 million album sales, to benefit Scott Stapp's Arms Wide Open charity; a private recording session with Wynton Marsalis and the Lincoln Center Jazz Orchestra, to benefit the Jazz at Lincoln Center Fund; a Nitefly guitar signed by the Who, to benefit the Crocus Trust--Corectal Cancer Project; and a painting of Stevie Wonder by the Rolling Stones' Ron Wood, to benefit the Royal National Institute for the Blind.
